A leading Resources company is looking for 5 x Commercial Analysts for a 12-month contract role to be based at their Head Office in Johannesburg.
This role will primarily focus on contract administration (price file administration, contract variations) data collection and analysis (spend, performance) and initiative/project administration support.
- Bachelor degree level or equivalent
- Practical experience in the field of contract management in a role with similar context and complexity
- Purchasing experience will be an advantage
- Solid knowledge of contracts administrative processes
- Knowledge of purchasing process and systems
- Practical knowledge of supporting systems (SAP Ariba Contract Management, SAP ERP (MM), etc)
- General administrative capabilities including minutes, record keeping, digital contract execution processes
- Contract amendments execution and digital implementation
- Monitoring and reporting of performance management of contractual KPI’s
- Vendor and Material Master data updates
- Practical Microsoft Office skills – specifically Excel to support data analysis
